What to expect

We understand that coming to a church meeting for the first time can be a daunting experience, so we hope this information will help put you at ease.

We are running a full service on Sundays at 10am. In the evenings at 4:30pm we hold a smaller gathering.

Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in. When you arrive at the meeting, you will be greeted at the entrance and shown to a seat. Bibles are available. Our meetings usually go for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. They involve having the Bible read and explained in a talk, praying, singing songs, and weekly announcements.

There is an opportunity for the regulars to make financial contributions towards the activities of our church but there is no obligation for visitors to contribute. There is a children's program during the school terms that your children are welcome to join. There is also a crèche and a great area for parents with young children should you require it.

After the meeting, everyone is welcome to stay to chat. These are great opportunities to get to know one another better.

Facilities

Everyone of all ages is welcome at our meetings and, if you require it, a crèche is available during the 10 am meeting and there is a child-friendly space overlooking the main meeting area for parents with young children. Our building is wheelchair-accessible and hearing loops are installed. If you require any assistance during your visit, please speak to one of the welcomers at the entrance or contact us beforehand.
