Bubbles Playgroups

Bubbles is our playgroup for parents and carers to bring their 0-5 year olds to enjoy a morning of fun and learning. We care for our children through themed programs including play, songs, stories, craft, and term outings. Some of our content includes teaching children about Jesus.
For more information, please look at our Bubbles ministry page.

Time: Friday mornings from 9:30am to 11am, during school term

Children

kids@sundaylive cares for toddlers to Year 6 children during the 10:00 am meeting. Children learn more about God in age-specific groups through Bible lessons, craft, songs, and games. Families are encouraged to participate through special activities organised throughout the year.

PLU56

PLU56 is a kids club hosted by Pennant Hills Baptist Church. It is for children in Years 5 and 6 at school. Each Friday arvo from 4 - 6 pm kids can come to Aunty Wendy’s backyard - This is a great place to hang out, play some games, eat dinner, and hear what the Bible has to say while talking about it together.

Time: Fridays 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm (during school term)

Youth

SWITCH is our youth group for high schoolers. Youth meet to learn about Jesus and encourage each other to follow him. A typical night involves games, food, reading the Bible in discussion groups, and hanging out together. Other activities include a social event each term and our annual getaway.

Time: Fridays 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm (during school term)

Evergreen Ministry

At Penno Baps, we see great opportunity to connect with Mandarin-speaking Chinese in the community. They are generally grandparents of young families, taking turns to care for their grandchildren whilst their parents are at work.

  • Opening prayer
  • Learning Simple English
  • Bible Story time
  • Cooking Demonstrations
  • Craft Making for special occasions such as Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas
  • Physical Exercise
  • Morning tea
  • Quarterly outings to local attractions by public transport

Small Groups

Small Groups are opportunities to connect with others in a safe environment, to learn more about Jesus, and to care for one another.
Groups are diverse and consider needs such as life stage, location, and availability.
